Included Components: All critical parts, including heaters, valves, filters, seals, wiring harnesses, steam generators, control systems, and software updates, are refurbished or replaced with high-quality components to meet manufacturer standards.
Exclusions: Consumable items (e.g., gaskets, filters) and damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance are not covered.
Spare Parts Availability: A comprehensive spares kit, including commonly replaced parts, is available for purchase to minimize downtime. Priority access to spare parts is provided with select warranty packages.

Duration:
- Standard warranty: 6 months to 1 year parts and labor, starting from the date of purchase or delivery, unless otherwise specified.
- Extended options: Up to 2, 3, or lifetime warranties available upon request.
Scope:
- Covers defects in materials and workmanship for refurbished components.
- Includes labor for in-house repairs or adjustments to restore the autoclave to factory specifications.
Conditions:
- Purchaser must retain original shipping box for warranty repairs requiring return shipment.
- User manual must be reviewed prior to operation to avoid user-error-related claims.
- Warranty does not cover cosmetic issues (e.g., scratches, minor wear) or damage from unauthorized repairs or accessories.

- For complex repairs, drain and re-box the autoclave in the original packaging for return to the supplier. Additional boxing fees ($100–$200) may apply if original packaging is unavailable.
